It integrates a color process engine, JPEG compression, and high-speed USB 2.0 device controller. Featuring a built-in USB transceiver, Serial Interface Engine, and command decoder with full USB 2.0/1.1 support, Silicon Motion's PC camera SoCs back all systems equipped with legacy USB 1.1 host interface.

Diverse and flexible in function, it comes with an internal high-speed micro-processor, another set of built-in multi-function GPIO pins, and serial bus interface-in-chip. Silicon Motion's PC Camera SoCs also support UVC, making a convenient plug and play USB PC camera with USB disk.
