SM370

Overview

The SM370 is a single chip image controller for USB 2.0 PC camera solution, it supports up to 1.3 Mega pixels CMOS image sensor. SM370 integrates the color process engine, JPEG compression, AC-Link/IIS audio interface and high-speed USB2.0 device controller.

SM370 built-in USB transceiver, Serial Interface Engine (SIE) and commend decoder with fully USB 2.0/1.1 compliant, therefore SM370 also supports all legacy PC system equipped with USB 1.1 host interface. With the internal high-speed micro-processor, another built-in multi-function GPIO pins and serial bus interface in chip can also make diversity and flexibility in function purpose. SM370 also supports UVC (USB Video Class) under Windows XP/SP2 environments, it makes you direct plug and play USB PC camera as you play an USB disk. The SM370 is available in two types SM370-64 64-pin LQFP package (9x9x1.6 mm) and SM370-48 48-pin QFN package (7x7x0.8 mm).
